Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with care, and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are part of what make your jewelry unique. Custom pieces cannot be returned and are final sale.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange once the original piece is returned. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged and are final sale.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized pieces are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
