Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with care, and we take pride in preparing your order thoughtfully.

Processing Time
Because every item is made by hand, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted and packaged before it ships. Custom pieces may take a little longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Domestic Orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and postal service delays.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to you.

Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once the order reaches your country.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time, we’re not responsible for postal delays or packages lost in transit. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help locate it.
