Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop spaces are limited, and materials are prepared in advance for each participant.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop: A full refund will be provided.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop: A refund of 50% will be provided.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided. However, if possible, you may transfer your workshop spot to a friend or family member.

If you are unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If Azur Fine Jewellery needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future workshop date.
